Sam’s career has provided him with years of well-rounded experience in successfully managing all aspects of golf operations for upscale private, semi-private, and resort facilities. His unvarying focus is to create a comfortable golf environment that all clientele will recognize as a significant value for their time and money.
Sam is a Class A PGA Life Member who has a continued commitment as a personable team-builder. He sets exacting standards and constantly strives to provide a golf climate respected and enjoyed by the membership and guest. Under his leadership, The King & Bear Golf Club at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine Florida was rated as the “Number One” Resort in Florida for Exceptional Customer Service. Sam has enjoyed the challenges that his work has commanded, and through them, he has established a solid reputation as a respected and fair leader. He is extremely confident in his ability to assemble and direct a team that will insure that you will enjoy living or visiting The Highlands Ridge Golf Club.

Bill was born in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up in Ormand Beach, Florida. Bill attended the University of Georgia on a football scholarship, where he later graduated with a BS in Business and Education. After College, he pitched two years in the minor leagues for the Atlanta Braves and the Los Angeles Dodgers. He has also achieved a degree in Turf Grass from Palm Beach Atlantic. Bill brings Highlands Ridge many years of experience in both golf course operations and course maintenance. He has spent time at some very well known facilities.
Bill has managed clubs such as the Seminole Golf Club, Jupiter Hill Country Club, The Banyan Golf Club, and Colony West. He spent four years designing and building golf courses with Joe Lee. He also spent time at Atlanta International Golf Club, Pine Hill Golf Club, before he finally made his way to Sebring.

Mike was born and raised in Gouverneur, NY. After high school, he went to the University of New Haven Connecticut. His freshman year, he was a walk on to the University's golf team. He then decided to head south and attended the San Diego Golf Academy, which is located in Orlando, FL.
He graduated with a degree in Golf Complex Management. He also achieved teaching credentials and graduated with honors accumulating a 3.7 gpa. Mike is committed to making your experience at Highlands Ridge unforgettable. He brings Highlands Ridge great enthusiasm and the desire to further the game of golf.
